Typically, our cleaning service provides a basic cleaning. These are ongoing tasks that get done on a routine basis. This normally includes:

Sweeping:

We remove dirt and debris from the floor for a cleaner environment.

Vacuuming:

We use vacuum cleaners to eliminate dust and dirt from carpets and rugs.

Mopping:

Deep cleaning with a damp cloth for shiny and sanitized floors.

Important!

We charge extra for some services, especially hard-to-reach areas or items that require special cleaning methods or solutions. For example, some antiques may be harmed if modern cleaning chemicals are used on them. They may need certain organic solutions when cleaning to avoid damaging wood or designs. High shelves or fixtures suspended from cathedral-type ceilings cost extra. Cleaning the insides of appliance also costs extra.When we arrive for service we will walk through the home and let you know if there is additional work that will be needed and what the costs would be, before we begin.We want you to love how clean your home is when we’re done!

Move-Out Cleaning Services

Now that the rooms are empty (or almost empty), it’s time to make your home or apartment look even better than when you moved. Many apartment and rental contracts require a broom cleaning, while others ask for a detailed evaluation checklist that covers everything from the stove to the baseboards.

We generally offer flat rate pricing for cleaning, based on the size of the area (number of rooms and bathrooms) and any appliances or specific cleaning needs. Please contact us for a quote. You will see some example pricing on our site. We offer personal organizing for $35/hour.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, we carry liability insurance.

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE?

Please contact us by text message and we will arrange a time and date for your cleaning or organizing services.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR ORGANIZING?

We charge $50/hour and can provide an estimate for free after we review the areas needed for organizing.
